2008 Guild Project

At the November meeting, the Guild voted on a new project for 2008. This year's group project is: A German Sampler by The Scarlet Letter

This beautiful Sampler is a reproduction German Sampler. The original sampler was stitched by SDW circa 1710. Stitches used are cross and double running. The palette contains 32 different colors.

2008 Fundraiser

Gerry Manning, our quilter extraordinaire has finished assembling our new quilt which will be given away at an opportunity drawing. This year's task is to distribute as many opportunity tickets as possible. The funds raised will go towards future workshops.
