Bay Area Sampler Guild
The Bay Area Sampler Guild meets monthly except for December. Every two months meetings are held at the Taraval Police Station Community Room at 2354 24th Avenue in San Francisco from 10 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. for programs. Plans for the "off-months" may be a field trip, a class, a stitch-in, a stitch-away, or any other activity planned by the membership. Your membership entitles you to attend every program and class. In addition, you will receive a bi-monthly newsletter keeping you abreast of the activities of BASG.

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION AND RELEASE FORM
In consideration of membershp in the Bay Area Sampler Guild, I hereby voluntarily assume all risks of accident or damage to my person or property and hereby release and discharge the Bay Area Sampler Guild from every claim, liability, or demand of any kind relating to the activities of the Guild.
Active Membership: $35.00 (Jan-Dec) or $25.00 (Jul-Dec).
Associate Membership: $15.00
Membership renews every January.
